1. What Milo does
Milo provides educational feedback about DJ practice. Depending on the feature and evidence available, MixMate may combine a saved recording with supported controller events and DJ software information such as track, tempo, key, cue and phrase data.
2. Evidence before claims
Milo is designed to ground factual feedback in saved audio, supported DJ software readings and controller evidence. Changing the coaching level changes the language, not the underlying facts. If evidence is missing or uncertain, Milo should say that rather than inventing an observation.
3. What is sent for AI processing
MixMate sends only the information needed for the requested coaching task. This may include relevant recording material, measured transition facts, track metadata and the question you ask. Billing details, full payment-card information and unrelated account information are not included in coaching prompts.
4. Model training and provider handling
MixMate does not intentionally use your private recordings, controller data or coaching conversations to train a MixMate model. AI requests are sent through contracted service infrastructure for the purpose of generating your result. Provider processing and any limited operational retention are governed by provider terms and data-processing safeguards; MixMate does not make the broader claim that no provider system ever retains technical request data.
5. Limits
Automated analysis is not perfect. Poor audio, missing controller events, unsupported mappings, inaccurate beatgrids or incomplete DJ software readings can affect a result. Audio alone may not reliably separate a live effect from production already present in a track. Milo does not decide copyright ownership, music licensing, safety or whether a mix is suitable for commercial release.
6. Human control
You choose whether to record or upload a mix, whether to ask Milo a question and whether to follow its advice. Coaching does not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about you. You can delete stored mixes and recordings from Settings.
7. Reporting a problem
If a result appears unsupported, do not rely on it. Keep the original recording and report the issue through the support contact that will be published before commercial launch so the evidence can be reviewed.
